We are a family owned business nestled in the heart of Northwestern Connecticut.
Wilfred Parilla, Chef and co-owner is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America
and is pleased to create hand made chocolate delicacies for our clients.
We use only the finest Belgian chocolate to create rich, sumptuous truffles.  Irregular
in shape and large in size, they are made in small batches to guarantee quality.  
Hand-dipped to perfection, we have a creation to meet any budget.
